Visa requirements: Each participant who requires a visa for Belgium is responsible for obtaining this visa in good time.

Equipment: Participants are requested to bring their own laptops and use their own design software. We provide drawing material and tracing paper.

Service: Drinks and lunches are provided throughout the event. The event is closed with a public event. Participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation. In Brussels, we will move around on foot and by public transport.
