Abdelmajid Boulaioun

(Multiple) graduated in architecture from St Luc in Brussels. has expertise in managing dense public housing projects in Brussels. He manages the Square de l’Accueil project, a project of housing, schools, shops and public spaces. He is responsible for the Prins project, construction of 170 social housing units in Anderlecht, as well as schools in Schaerbeek, Molenbeek, and Oostende. He also managed the CCN project, the multi-modal hub of the North Station, and particularly the question of the active base floor and the functional mix of this hub. Abdelmajid also teaches at UCLouvain for the master level since 2013 until now.
